Why did you join Chartis?
I have been interested in working to improve healthcare and population health since I graduated from college. I decided that working directly with healthcare providers would give me the best opportunity to have a hands-on impact.
What keeps you at Chartis?
I can't imagine a more inspired, thoughtful and supportive group of people to work with.
How would you describe the culture at Chartis?
What does culture at Chartis mean to you?
To me, Chartis culture is about two things. One is delivering the highest possible value to our clients. The other is leading a meaningful and enriching life outside of work. At Chartis, I think people see these as equally important values, each of which supports the other.
How do we live out our culture on a week-to-week
or day-to-day basis?
The biggest way in which we live out our values is in the context of our project teams. The life blood of our everyday work is great project managers supporting great teams to serve great clients.
